By accessing or using Automaxit's ("Automaxit") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

We provide training and consulting services for implementing AI-assisted development tools. While we strive to ensure high quality of service, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from using our services.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, content, and methodologies provided during training sessions remain the exclusive intellectual property of Automaxit. Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for their personal development only.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of services. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical information, and pricing details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Automaxit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled service date. Late cancellations may incur charges. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
